An attempt to meet e-commerce companies' infrastructure needs with one flexible platform. I carried the technical direction of a six-person team; everything from architecture to coding standards landed on my desk.
While at Argen Bulut ve Yazılım, I officially led a team of six developers as Team Lead.
Owned the end-to-end technical design and development on a microservice architecture, including the database schema.
Set the team's coding standards, ran code reviews and mentored the developers.
Used performance analysis to drive optimisations that improved scalability.
